For You to work on. I don't pretend to have all the answers. This whole idea seems very logical and easy, yet i don't have a method (as of yet) that works as well as You would hope. I hope You will put in some time like me to find a way to make this work to some degree. As with flying, the first attempts weren't very successful, but seeing the idea behind this, and the results so far, i am convinced it is possible to make it work in a practical fashion. This is just an extremely basic example, not something to hold on to.
Step 1. Understanding the theory.
Whatever You think of as true, is true to You. This goes for anything, for the theory itself as well. So the first thing to do is to understand the theory. Read through the theory part and if You have any questions then email me.
Step 2. Experiencing the make up (objects).
If You really feel You understand this whole point of view, it is time to make it Your own. Understanding it doesn't make it natural. Even though You understand the whole idea You probably still think of the world in Your old fashion. To make as much use of this theory as You can, You need to make it as natural to You as You can. Take Your time with this one.
Look around You and know that all You see is what You think to be. All You hear, all You smell, all You feel, all You taste, is what You think You hear, smell, feel, taste. There has never been anything more or less. That's all there is to this world. So look around You and understand how every little thing around You, and even Your body and Your thoughts, are in a way all the same. They are all what You belief they are. You could almost say that the world is Your mind.
Try to remain aware of this point of view pretty much all the time until it becomes Your standard way of looking at the world. You have to be honest and decide for Yourself when You are ready.
Step 3. Experiencing the make up (relationships).
Then it is time to realize that not only the objects in this world are belief, but also the relationships between those objects. The actions, the methods, the processes. Birds flying, dust settling, cars moving, gravity, time flow. Those things are all part of the world as well, part of Your beliefs.
As You lift Your hand Your belief changes. First Your hand is there, and now it is a little higher. First You believe Your hand is there, and then You believe Your hand is a little higher. It changes according to what You believe the action to mean.
Realize that Your beliefs are constantly changing, as the world is constantly changing. Every little thing in this world happening, is Your belief changing.
You continuously actively change(d) Your beliefs with Your actions. You are just becoming aware of that.
Every time You do something, You use a process You believe in. It is all developing according to Your mind.
Take Your time to let this nestle into Your mind.
Step 4. Clearing the path.
Now You could start looking at Your obstacles. This is by far the most complex step. Take some of the things You would really want to change in the world, and try to let them be. Realize that every little thing Your mind comes up with that poses a blockade or reason for Your goals not to manifest, is just like everything else a part of Your mind. Every kind of obstacle You could think of is just as easily changed as everything else, by changing Your mind. It's a choice, not an effort. Don't force Yourself to believe in something that isn't true, but let it be. You are just beginning to use this new way of thinking, transitioning from a world of limitations to a world of possibilities. It may take time to get results. The more You do this, the more You realize this step, the easier it will be to change everything You want in every way conceivable.
Step 5. Realizing the change.
Clearing the path, realizing that You can change everything You want to in every way conceivable, is the process through which any change You choose meets success. Through time You gained and will continuously gain insight and familiarity with reality from this new perspective, and as Your mind continues to adapt the question remaining is not whether it works, but how well this works. How fast will Your mind adapt to Your choices? Continue to live Your goals as lively and complete as You can, for as long as You can to change Your norm(al). Live on with the knowledge that Your choices are slowly becoming a reality.

-Don't force the truth but find it. Let it emerge through understanding. Changing Your mind is not a struggle it's a choice.
-Use the world as it is. Use things You already believe in to increase the likelihood of meeting Your goals.
-Change Your mind for real: be serious about it and impress Yourself to make big changes.
-Be prepared for Your goals to be met.
