Annex: Method

I don't pretend to have all the answers. This whole idea seems very logical and easy, yet i don't have a method (as of yet) that works as well as i would hope. Here is an extremely basic example, not something that you should hold on to.

preparation
Know your goal(s), make some time.
Clear the mind, relax, and make sure you won't be distracted.
Make a clear distinction for yourself when you start and stop consciously working with what you think is real. This whole idea can be confusing, so it is important to keep things very clear. Making a clear distinction can help raise awareness of the seriousness or importance of your work.

1. the idea
Stroll around and notice how everything is exactly as you think it is. Even your body, your thoughts. It's like being in a dream, but the dream is what you think is real. Notice how there is a difference between your normal ways of thinking, and what you think is real. What you think is real is all around you and has a lot of detail and consistency to it, but when you think of things as you are used to they are vague and whimsical.
Look at something that moves. Its movement is a thought as well. You think it moves. Every change in this world is a change in your thoughts. You constantly think up reality and at every point in time those thoughts are a little bit different. These changes in what you think of as real, are based on probability. The most probable events are what we call normal.
Think of how this world could be anything you want. Be sure to stay aware and keep your eyes open. You are dealing with reality, not an imagination within reality.

2. molding the now
Keep in mind that idea of reality being like a dream. We'll call reality the dream-reality from now on. Think of your goals (the end result) in a little window in the lower right of this dream-reality. Now slowly close your eyes and think of the things that your goals will replace, or influence directly. From here on we'll call those things the targets. (You don't have to do this if the goals will replace or influence only the things that you can perceive right now with your eyes opened.) Think of them to the extend of your knowledge, don't try to make things up. It's ok if you don't know certain details, just leave them out. Don't try to cover them up.
Now take that window and let it rapidly expand in size, letting it completely cover your perception of reality, 5 times in rapid succession. After the 5th time, open your eyes if you had them closed.

3. learning 1
Try weakly to insert the goals in your current dream-reality. Remember that you don't have to force it, you just have to let it happen. Try to experience your goals with all senses and with emotion, without just making things up. Again think of them to the extend of your knowledge, no less no more.

4. obstacles
If you run into things that keep you from thinking dream-reality or your goals, keep in mind that it is all thought, including the obstacles. It is not an effort, but an understanding and a choice.
Whether it goes better or worse than expected, keep in mind that this is an exercise. You are re-learning reality, and every time you do this it will help. Every time your mind will become more familiar with this new way of thinking. Whether you fail or succeed, it is a step towards success.

5. molding the past
Keep in mind the idea of reality being like a dream. Look at your goals and the dream-reality trying to merge. Think back to the past few days, weeks, months. The past is a part of what you think is real as well. Realize that every moment is different, and that every moment can have a different past. The past is no guarantee for the present or the future. Think of the the targets in the past to the extend of your knowledge, and let your goals start to replace or influence them there as well. As you move forward in time, back to the present, let them fully manifest. As you near the present, become aware in steps of the things you perceive and think in present dream-reality.

6. learning 2
Again try to weakly insert your goals into your current take on reality. Let it happen. Put in the same effort as making a serious choice. Think of the probability of the idea as the goals merge with reality. The proof is all around you.

7. molding the future
Keep moving forward in time and think of your targets in the near future. While you think of your targets in the future, think of something else that you can easily predict. Like what happens when you drop something. The future is a gamble, as much as the past. Focus on your targets in the future and, as you move further in time, let your goals replace them/influence them. Then move backwards in time to the now, slowly becoming aware of what you perceive and think in present dream-reality as you approach it. Repeat this at least 2 more times, increasing the details and intensity with which you experience the future.

8. learning 3
For the third time, let your goals be part of your current thoughts of what is real. Let it merge with what is normal. It is normal for your goals to be true, as the world is as you think. If you feel the need to move or act then do so freely.

finish
When you feel you are done, make it clear to yourself that you now stop working consciously with what you think is real. Treat yourself to something you like for going through your own lesson and attempt at rewiring reality.
If reality didn't change instantly, don't feel discouraged. You are learning to do this, so this is a path, and through practice it will draw your goals closer. This exercise is focused on changing things instantly, as that is what is possible with the idea. There might be other ways for your goals to appear that seem more probable to you than instant manifestation. So while this is an exercise in changing reality by changing what you think is true, you should remain open to other ways that your goals can be reached.
Write down and keep track of all successes, no matter how small.
